as well as 7 years in senior living, where he held leadership roles at respected senior living organizations. A La Mesa native, he graduated from Grossmont High School and continued his studies at San Diego State University and Grossmont Community College, where he earned his degree in Visual Design. His career has taken him through a variety of fields; construction, carpentry, project management, and eventually earning his General Contractor’s license in 2008. That diverse background gave him the skills to oversee large teams, manage multiple departments, and ensure the smooth operation of facilities across numerous sites. Senior living became a natural fit, where Francesco discovered a passion for creating safe, welcoming environments for residents and staff. At Covenant Living, he combines his background in operations and facilities management with his faith in serving the Mount Miguel community with skill and care.
